CrushBank helps our technicians get to relevant information quicker, which is helping them solve problems more quickly. Even in the sales department, where we sometimes have to find service tickets that may be related to a sales request, we are benefitting from CrushBank’s intelligence, saving us time by providing much more relevant results in our search than our PSA can provide.

Being able to put averages on things like PC deployments and see what the outliers are and where we might need training from engineers, or where a ticket went awry that took too long, are really keys for us moving forward.
