CrushBank releases a new algorithm of its AI Knowledge Management System that is even more powerful with improved technical and search capabilities. We were able to accomplish the improved functionality largely by gathering and acting on extensive client feedback. The focus of the improvement is based on how we are ingesting, storing and analyzing the information. Many times, support tickets have useless information such as email signatures, inaccurate subjects and other extraneous information not needed to corollate data. In the past this could cause support information and documents to have a lower than expected confidence ranking. As we constantly improve the platform, we are able to hone into the most relevant content and eliminate less relevant content.
Working with IBM, CrushBank continuously works to improve the results and we leverage our great partners at IBM to assist. Our clients don’t need to do anything to get the benefit of this enhancement, as we can turn it on in the admin section of the application. As your team starts to use the new release, please continue to provide us feedback. We take the feedback of our clients to heart and partner with them for a great experience. We have many methods of improving your data built into CrushBank and our Client Service team is eager to talk about some best practices that will go a very long way as well.
In the Fall, CrushBank will be rolling out another release with some greater advances in search and a range of exciting new features that include and leverage generative AI capabilities. It is going to make our AI KMS platform more powerful, leveraging both our semantic search and generative AI. It is exciting to discuss the improvements and share our vision with our clients. The next release will be built on the newly announced WatsonX platform – IBM’s biggest, most powerful and most ambitious AI platform yet. If you’re interested in what that means and want a quick preview of the capabilities of CrushBank powered by WatsonX, check out https://www.ibm.com/watsonx.
