This appointment underscores David’s exemplary expertise and contributions to the AI and machine learning landscape, as well as his significant impact on the IT support community. With over three decades of experience as the CTO of a leading Managed Services Provider on Long Island, David has been at the forefront of empowering companies to embrace AI-driven IT support solutions.
David’s journey with AI began more than ten years ago when he witnessed IBM Watson’s AI outperform winners on the quiz show Jeopardy. This inspired him to design and develop the first iteration of the CrushBank AI Engine, making him the first in the industry to specifically apply AI and unstructured search to the data sets leveraged by MSPs daily. His unwavering vision and passion for embracing new and emerging technologies continues to shape the direction of the product today.
David, a hands-on technologist, is proficient in multiple disciplines, ranging from application development to cognitive computing, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He has built AI Solutions on IBM Watson, Microsoft Azure, and OpenAI, and specializes in guiding companies through the changing world of AI-driven IT Support thanks to his expertise in MSP efficiency and effectiveness, as well as the integration challenges caused by mergers and acquisitions.
