Company Filter for Ticket Classifier

  • CrushBank admin users now have the ability to specify only certain companies when configuring the Ticket Classifier.

 

Ability to See Active Service Boards on Ticket Classifier

  • CrushBank admins now have the ability to see which service boards have Ticket Classification enabled. 

 

Ability to Sort by Creation Date on Search Results

  • CrushBank users now have the ability to sort by creation date along with relevancy when viewing search results.

 

Alert Filter Enhancements

  • The alerts filter in the list view has moved within the Document Type heading of the filters panel. This gives you the ability to just see alerts and not include tickets.
