CrushBank has released new AI-driven capabilities for Managed Services Providers (MSPs) and IT help desks, including ticket and resolution summarization, and a new, more powerful user interface. These new features are designed to help organizations manage their data more efficiently and effectively by using AI and machine learning to extract insights from large volumes of unstructured data. The Crushbank AI Knowledge Management system is powered by IBM’s watsonx, the next-generation AI platform that enables users to access high-quality and trustworthy data through self-service functionalities.
With the new ticket and resolution summarization feature, CrushBank now automatically summarizes support tickets and resolutions, making it easier for IT teams to quickly identify and resolve issues. When a ticket is created via a forwarded email thread, it may include lots of back and forth not related to the issue itself along with additional noise including email signatures and disclaimers. CrushBank summarizes the ticket contents and posts the summary back as an internal note on the ticket. CrushBank also summarizes all the time entries on the ticket and extracts resolution from the time entries when the ticket is closed.
In addition to the ticket and resolution summarization feature, CrushBank has also introduced a more powerful user interface. Crafted for enhanced intuitiveness and user-friendliness, the new interface simplifies the access to critical information for IT teams. The interface is now also more customizable, allowing users to tailor it to their specific needs.
The improved user interface streamlines the search process, introducing extensive filters and selection criteria. This enhancement provides users with greater control over search outcomes, enabling the selection of specific companies, preferred data sources, date ranges, and document types. Additionally, it features an autocomplete function that dynamically displays document and configuration titles in real-time as search queries are entered, enhancing the efficiency and precision of the search experience.
