CrushBank CRO Brian Mullaney sat down for a live interview with Six Five CXO analysts Daniel Newman and Patrick Moorhead at the IBM Think event in Orlando, FL, alongside Kate Woolley, General Manager of IBM Ecosystem at IBM and Zia Yusuf, SVP for Strategic Ecosystem and Industry Solutions at VMware.
Woolley delivered insights on IBM’s Partner Plus program and updates since its launch in January 2023, along with key takeaways and even unexpected partners. She also elaborated on IBM’s AI strategy – the expansion of their embeddable AI software portfolio, and how IBM is enabling its ecosystem partners to gain value from free training and skilling through the Watson X platform.
CrushBank, a leading AI Knowledge Management solutions provider, is one of the earliest Watson partners, Mullaney shared, with the company built around leveraging Watson to bring forth assets, information, and solutions from existing data sets for their growing client base.
Since the Watson platform first opened to partners in 2014, CrushBank has been working closely with partners at IBM to create a revenue- and value-generating solution for the industry, the community, and ultimately the end user. Mullaney said that from this point they are full speed ahead, as what they’ve done with semantic AI search has been foundational for how their clients leverage AI.
Clients can look forward to a continuation of CrushBank’s unique brand of trustworthy AI in the future. Mullaney shared that they are building generative AI into their solution, as well as further developments in content creation and optimization, stating, “In the current market you’ve got to get more intelligence around using the human capital that you have, and CrushBank is all about taking what you have and driving more value out of it.”
